She handles all new client inquiries, scheduling, and insurance questions, and she's really good at making the process feel less overwhelming than it sounds. Dr. Mata and Dr. Long trust her to be the first point of contact because she gets people to the right place, fast. You’re in good hands!

It depends on the service and your insurance coverage. Dr. Long's sessions are $150 for the initial intake and $100 per session after that. Dr. Mata's private pay rate is $225 for the initial intake and $160 per session after that. Most of Dr. Mata's services are covered by insurance. Reach out, and we'll walk you through exactly what applies to your situation

Most of our services are covered by insurance. Others are self-pay.
For evaluations like ADHD, Custody, Autism, and Diagnostic clarifications, the intake and feedback sessions are often covered by insurance. The actual testing, scoring, interpretation and report writing are self-pay.
We'll walk you through what applies to your situation when you reach out so there are no surprises.

Our office is at 165 N. Main Street in Bowling Green, Ohio. Many of our services are also available virtually, so if you're outside the area or just prefer meeting from home, that works too.
